Hydraulic excavator — live keyboard control
The same excavator and pit, operated live from the keyboard in Isaac Sim. The clip is here to show the simulation running in real time: 627,912 grains of 80 mm, two-way coupled, at about 1.00× on the on-screen readout.
Same machine, same pit and the same 80 mm grains as the pre-recorded dig cycles, with an operator on the keyboard in place of the recorded motion. The key map in the corner lights up as each control is used, and the readout stays between 0.88× and 1.15× real time across the take, mostly at 1.00×.
As in the pre-recorded run, the grains use generic material parameters and have not been calibrated.
Simulated with NDEM, our real-time granular engine.
